Many of us do not come from a family of rich people….just saying! But that does not mean our lives can’t be filled with wealth and happiness. I suppose it is about your outlook and where you find wealth and happiness. For me, it is finding the simple things to meet my needs and wants. A great example of this, is our little greenhouse.

I have always wanted a true glass little green house, but the prices of wood and windows as they were, it seemed unattainable. But with a little creativity, I am working towards making my dream a reality. We were able to find pallets free of charge, and all sorts of windows on craigs list—FOR FREE! I did buy second hand rafters and plastic roofing. All said and done, I will have about $150 into the project. When finished it be will all glass windows, trimmed, and stained.

With a little help from a few folks, we are in the process of building my green house. It is a work in progress but fills me with happiness. I just started my seeds this weekend and look forwards to the bounty from the garden. For me enjoying and sharing the fruits and vegetables of my labor provides a sense of pride and wealth.

One of the purposes of the Randle Round-Up is to share resources and help each other enjoy the wealth and abundance in our community. If you have items that you don’t use or need, please consider trading, selling, or giving them to someone who would use them or repurpose them. As a community, we have so much to offer each other!
